I would like to access Asa Douglas Stalker (Stalker-159) and his family line. He is my 2nd great-grandfather, through his daughter Nellie Stalker, my great grandmother. There is incorrect information throughout numerous of the Douglas/Stalker clan due to erroneous information, i.e:

1) Harriet Stalker was not born with the surname of “Monington.”

2) Electa Douglas was married first to Jacob Stalker through whom she had the following children (and not though John Mitchell, her 2nd husband), whose surnames should all be “Stalker” only:

Harriet Stalker

Henry Morton Stalker

Sybil Stalker

Asa Douglas Stalker

David Stalker

These are all my relatives through my paternal grandmother and I’d like to correct the information and add to the tree line. I’ve contacted the other file manager so I can fix his end of it, also, as it’s a bit of a mess right now.

If you need more information, just let me know.

Thanks

Hi,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

Hi Chuck,

Welcome to WikiTree! The initial email you receive from WikiTree will contain links to help you get started. We hope you will take time to browse the site and check us out.

WikiTree is FREE, and different from other genealogical sites. Our goal is to have one Profile per person, which means we collaborate as a team.

If you would like to join us, add your own family, share research, and collaborate with others, simply confirm your email address, fill out the TAGS on your Profile page, click SAVE TAGS, and VOLUNTEER. (information on Tags can be found at http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Tags). Once you opt to Volunteer, one of our Greeters will be happy to confirm your membership.
